- Charges after a timely cancellation

- Partial months or unused time
- Unused SMS or add-ons
- Dissatisfaction after substantial use

Email billing@360careflow.com within 14 days and include clinic name, account email, and invoice ID.

Custom MSA / order forms prevail over this policy.
