This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and services provided by 360 CareFlow.

1) General

  • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as listed below.
  • SMS/telecom usage is not refundable.

2) Eligible Refunds

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Unresolved technical failure on our side
  • Charges after a timely cancellation

3) Not Eligible

  • Partial months or unused time
  • Unused SMS or add-ons
  • Dissatisfaction after substantial use

4) How to Request

Email billing@360careflow.com within 14 days and include clinic name, account email, and invoice ID.

5) Enterprise Agreements

Custom MSA / order forms prevail over this policy.
